Interactive Method Handler for Profile Pages

Configure widgets using s3db.configure(tablename, profile_widgets=[])

To Do:

Make more configurable: * Currently uses internal widgets rather than S3Method widgets
- unify datalist and datatable methods with the superclass methods (requires re-design of the superclass methods)
- allow as default handler for interactive single-record-no-method GET requests (include read/update from superclass)
